How it works
Most habit apps track what you do.
Lapsr tracks the moment before you do it.
Log in seconds
Hold the button whenever you feel the pull — whether you resist or not. Three seconds. No typing. Both outcomes matter equally.

Find your patterns
After 14 days, your Trigger Fingerprint appears. A map of exactly when and why your urges hit hardest. Most people are surprised by what they find.

Understand why
Stress. Boredom. Loneliness. Lapsr finds which emotion precedes your urges most — and tells you exactly when it tends to show up.
Lapsr Moment
Try a two-minute buffer between your last work call and the rest of your evening. That gap is where the pattern starts to break.

Lapsr is a self-awareness tool that helps you understand your behavioral patterns. It is not a medical service.
When you use Lapsr, the app stores:
Your data is stored in two places:
We use Supabase as our database provider. Your data is stored in a private database that only you can access. Row-level security ensures no other user can ever see your data.
Lapsr offers Sign in with Apple, Google, and email/password. You can also use the app as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored on your device only and will be lost if you uninstall the app.
The Pattern Report feature generates a summary of your behavioral data that you can optionally export or share. Nothing is shared automatically — sharing is always your explicit choice.
If you allow notifications, Lapsr sends nudges before your personal risk windows. You can disable these at any time in iOS Settings.
You can delete all your data at any time from the You tab in the app. This permanently removes your data from both your device and our database. This cannot be undone.
Questions about your privacy? Email us at support@lapsr.online
Go to the You tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete my data." This permanently removes everything. It cannot be undone.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Lapsr → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Email us at support@lapsr.online with a description of what's happening and which iPhone you're using.
We'd love to hear it. Email support@lapsr.online — we read every message.
